Lavaca Street Bar is a staple of Austin serving beer and sports 7 days a week. Like its original sibling on Lavaca Street, this second location showcases a variety of games, plentiful screens, two beautiful patio areas, an impressive selection of drafts and spirits and Ralph Gilmore’s celebrated Turf ‘N Surf Po Boys.
Rock Rose Hall
Rock Rose Hall, a sleek modern event space from the team behind Brazos Hall and Trinity Hall. Designed by Michael Hsu and featuring unique wood artwork from local artist Erin Shook, of Erin-Ashley Design, the space offers a modern and chic feel, customizable for all types of events. Rock Rose Hall features can accommodate a wide array of event configurations and set ups, from a 150-seated dinner party to a 300+ cocktail soiree. Opened on Rock Rose Avenue above Lavaca Street Bar and Turf ‘n Surf, Rock Rose Hall has its own private entrance located at 11420 Rock Rose Avenue.
Turf N Surf
People say you can’t get fresh seafood in Austin, guess again. For some late night southern comfort eats, head to Turf N Surf, a unique po'boy shop in the Lavaca Street Bar outpost at Rock Rose at Domain NORTHSIDE. Originally a food trailer, the popular spot features Chef Ralph Gilmore’s inspired menu, serving everything from the sea from crawfish po’boys to lobster rolls and everything in between. An oyster fan? The Rock Rose location offers an extensive oyster bar.
General Tso’Boy, offers the perfect marriage of American Chinese flavors sandwiched between the soft crunch of French bread. Gary and Jessica first opened General Tso'Boy as a flea market pop up in New York City. Its popularity gave rise to a fast casual restaurant concept where a fun environment surrounds a presentation of fresh ingredients, traditional flavors, and unexpected combinations.
77 Degrees Rooftop
77 Degrees is a rooftop bar focusing on exotic rum drinks and shareable bites. 77 Degrees’ cocktail menu features exciting drinks from mixologist Ryan Baird. In addition to a great cocktail menu, 77 Degrees offers delectable bites to complete an afternoon in the sun or an evening after sunset.
Apanas Coffee & Beer
Apanas Coffee & Beer is a locally owned coffee house serving high quality, organically grown coffee. They are committed to transparency about where they source their coffee and how much they pay their farmers – roughly double fair trade price – which Apanas believes is a step toward paying farmers what they deserve. Apanas will also serve freshly squeezed juice from organic fruits and vegetables, along with local craft beers, premium wines, and delicious food items.
In 2006, childhood friends Michael Portman and Jayson Rapaport found themselves living in Austin, TX with nowhere to get an affordable, high-quality cut. Together, they created a salon for men and women, took out all the fuss, and added free Shiner to the experience. Today, Birds Barbershop employs more than 100 people across Austin, and the new Birds Rock Rose will be their seventh location.

CorePower Yoga has more than 100 studios nationwide, and Rock Rose will be their third Austin location.
General Tso’Boy brings classic American Chinese flavors to the po’boy sandwich. Owners Gary Wu and Jessica Lin launched General Tso’Boy at Long Island City Flea in New York City, serving po’boys featuring beer-battered chicken thighs dressed with shredded lettuce, mayonnaise, and house General Tso’s sauce. Now Gary and Jessica are returning to Jessica’s home state to open their first brick and mortar location at Rock Rose, serving the most popular American Chinese dishes in po’boys, along with local, seasonal vegetables and rotating flavors of soft-serve ice cream.
Golden Bones is the store for women who have the need to stand out. What began as a smaller boutique owned by two best friends has now become the go-to store on Rock Rose for the Boss Lady, the Brunch Babe, and the City Witch. Jack & Ginger's
Jack & Ginger’s brings a truly pub-like experience to Rock Rose Avenue with 82 beers on tap, Irish and American comfort foods, exciting daily specials, and soccer viewing parties. The menu at Jack & Ginger’s features authentic Irish and American comfort food, perfect for brunch, happy hour, or anything in between.
JINYA Ramen Bar
Dine at JINYA Ramen Bar and experience authentic Japanese Ramen flavor the way it is intended to taste. JINYA Ramen Bar cooks its dishes in a thick, rich broth served with homemade noodles and offers ramen toppings ranging from tender pork to poached eggs and fresh garlic.
Kung Fu Saloon
Kung Fu Saloon is bringing the fun and excitement of its iconic West 6th Street watering hole to Rock Rose. Guests will be able to take advantage of a full bar and extensive draft beer selection while enjoying foosball, board games, Skee-Ball, and vintage arcade machines like Ms. Pacman, NBA Jam, Street Fighter II, Galaga, Golden Tee, and Big Buck Hunter.

MIA, an intimate enoteca, is a fantastic addition to Rock Rose. Locally owned, MIA features Italian small plates made with fresh local ingredients, handmade pastas, grilled meats and fish, craft cocktails, and an eclectic wine list.
Raven + Lily
Raven + Lily is an ethical fashion and lifestyle brand dedicated to empowering women through design. Raven + Lily currently helps employ over 1,500 marginalized women at fair trade wages to give them access to a safe job, sustainable income, health care, education, and a real chance to to break the cycle of poverty for themselves and their families. Raven + Lily is committed to providing products that are made by hand, follow fair trade standards, and honor their eco-friendly commitment. The new Rock Rose location will be the brand’s second storefront.
St. Genevieve is an upscale wine lounge that will feature frequent DJ sets and shared plates with cuisines from all over the world, along with an extensive wine list, handcrafted cocktails, and a fantastic happy hour and Sunday brunch.
Tarka Indian Kitchen
Tarka opened in 2009 with a simple premise. Create fresh and flavorful Indian food that is also fast and affordable. Serve it in a casual, modern space with stellar customer service. Make it convenient, whether enjoyed as a relaxing meal with a glass of wine on the patio, or taken to-go using their online ordering system. And do all of it as sustainably as possible. Now, with the help of their passionate fans, Tarka is set to open their fifth location in Rock Rose, and couldn’t be more excited to join the district’s diverse mix of homegrown favorites.
East Side King owner Paul Qui is a 2014 Food & Wine Magazine “Best New Chef,” a 2012 James Beard Foundation Award winner as Best Chef: Southwest, a 2012 Bravo TV Top Chef winner, and his eponymous restaurant Qui was one of the country’s hottest openings of 2013. His East Side King concept enjoyed humble beginnings as an Austin food trailer, but the Asian‐fusion menu quickly established legions of fans and moved into the “brick & mortar” realm. Rock Rose will be home to “Thai Kun,” the latest interpretation of this wildly popular restaurant.

The Rose Room
Conceived as the district’s flagship party spot, The Rose Room is an upscale dance club with unique architectural features, table reservations, and a cutting-edge house DJ. Offering three separate bars and an exclusive private room with access to an adjoining patio in 77 Degrees along with table reservations with minimum spends, The Rose Room is the only nightlife destination of its kind in North Austin.
